Swift initial visit, good communication and good choice of fabrics. Our sad old sofa now looks loads better!

The salesperson was useless giving no advice and very curt
When I rang to complain I was promised some compensation either 2 cushions or money
I only went ahead because of the good quality of the workmanship which I had had before

Raymond brought the fabric books to our house and thoughtfully removed his shoes at the front door without being asked to do so. He was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. When the covers were delivered he showed us how best to put them on the furniture and explained about washing them.

We are delighted with the covers. What a transformation!

Turned up on time, very professional did a fantastic job. I could never have done it to that standard if I attempted it myself. Would definitely use again.

Carol who came to measure and fit the covers was brilliant. Unfortunately, after new covers were fitted they started to ‘snuck up’ Carol has been back to readjust them.
However, the accounts dept did send a rather late bill for the cushion replacements which when reviewed we could see where the mistake was. This has now been paid . It would have been nice to receive an acknowledgement from the accounts dept.

Iam pleased with the service and have ordered from you many times. Icannot fault in any way the wonderful service you provide. i would recommend you to anyone.
